Staff dress code
You are required to dress casual but smart while on duty. As a flag bearer of this organization we expect your appearance to be clean and smart.
Therefore :
No sliders or flip flops;
No sags;
No crazy jeans or any unprofessional appearances.

Staff Behavior
You are required to behave in a professional manner at all times.

Noise must be a minimum-
Heed or earphone is not permitted while at work.

You are expected to work as part of the team.

You are required to greet both staff and customers with respect and culture.

You are required to have the interest of the organization at heart and be of a honest character

Your starting salary will be ………. And there will be an annual increment based on staff performance assessment.

Wages :
Your wages will be paid a month in hand and would be paid at the end of every month into bank account.

Absence from work without authorization, will result into deduction of wages/Termination of contract of employee

PROVIDED ALWAYS THAT:

The employee shall de determinable by 3 calendar month notice in writing desiring to resign his position from the organization.

Your employment can be terminated with immediate effect for breach of company rules or gross misconduct such as theft of company property.
